You will find our rooms to be clean, comfortable & cozy. We take pride in our appearance & reputation. Paapu has a social room downstairs where travelers can enjoy fantastic coffee, breakfast & exchange stories.

The entire property has free WiFi. All rooms have a fan, 2 rooms have airconditioning, and are fitted with a desk. All bathrooms are a shared facility that are cleaned daily. We also provide a laundry service.

Upon check in you'll receive 2 keys, 1 for your room & the other for my front security gate. This will allow you to come & go as you please. The common areas are the laundry, social room, cafe, bathrooms (upstairs & downstairs).

Half-board stay with fast internet

We can offer a room, hot shower, a working space with fast internet, breakfast with the best cappuccino in town (or tea for that matter), and a rotating dish like spaghetti bolognese, chicken stew etcetera which we serve at our terrace, on which you also can eat your take-away- or delivery-meals.

All that included for 495 baht without airco or 595 baht with airco.

Guesthouse Paapuhouse | Chiang Mai

Are you looking for a hotel, B&B or hostel in Chiang Mai? May i please welcome you to my guesthouse, located in the centre of Chiang Mai. I have 7 rooms, two of them with airconditioning and good free wifi throughout the house. Downstairs is my large 'living room' in which you feel at home, and enjoy good food & drinks, read a book, have a chat with other guests, or just watch some things on your laptop.

Paapu House is located on the Ancient moat directly opposite the Old City, set a short distance from attractions such as Tha Pae Gate and Wat Chiang Man. The hostel is within 700 meters of Three Kings Monument. Guests here can easily explore Chiang Mai on foot. If walking is not for you, we have bicycles for our guests and there are tuk tuks and passenger trucks (saewng thaew) everywhere. Wararot (Chinatown) is a 15 minute walk away or 30 THB by local transport. From here you can easily explore the riverfront as well.

Monthly rate for a room now is 8000 baht with aircon, or 6500 baht without aircon. Breakfast with coffee, cappuccino or tea is included.

Feel at home at my place and of course feel free to have your delivery-food in the living room with the other guests, and enjoy fast internet

My Living Room

The oldest parts of this Thai House are more than 100 years old. I have a lovely open downstairs area, where I serve breakfast & coffee. I have bookshelf's and you can sit & read as you please.

Eat & Drink

A continental or à la carte breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. I can prepare for you a great Cappuccino, smoothies, classic cocktails, and since i am a great winelover, i can offer you wine by the glass for a reasonable price: if you don't finish the bottle, i will.
